Best muffins ever!
I have tried several muffin mixes, but I am not a soy fan. If flavoured well, I can eat it.
I made some great muffins, cakes, etc. using Expert Foods, WiseChoice Cake-ability baking aid. Use this and ground almonds, sugar substitute, etc. I made a banana muffins (used only 1/2 banana - thin strips on top), chocolate muffins and cheese muffins. I could not taste the almond, or it tastes pleasant enough! I shared with my non LC friends, and they thought I used white flour (hard group to please, let me tell you!) and loved them. A little more work and cost then conventional LC mixes, but well worth it! :thup: |
