Carb to Fat Time

So I was wondering. If you had a few more carbs than you meant to have, but you still have not worked out, how long do you think it would take the carbs to "hurt" you?

No - I did not cheat. Just had more carbs than I wanted. :daze:

When you say "hurt" you, I assume you mean turn to fat? I think as long as you didn't over-do it, you shouldn't see much of an effect. Unless your activity level was really low, you should burn it off, you just might not lose quite as much weight that day or week.

I've been eating between 20-25 lately and I'm still loosing. I had too little carbs yesterday and that may explain why I weighed the same this morning. Oh well, there's always tomorrow. Twenty is a good number, try to pinpoint it.

I usually wait a good 48 hours too see if anything I have eaten affects my weight.
