Ready for a change!

I just wanted to say hey and introduce myself. I just restarted the low carb lifestyle today. I lost quite a bit of weight when I ate low carb before but I didn't stick with it. I'm ready to commit this time. It's time for a change. This looks like a great site and I'm excited to embark on this weight loss journey. :dazzle:
