How do I use editing tools in my post?

I have a tool bar that appears above my posting space, however, nothing in it seems to work except the font size and typeface. I was wondering how do I activate the bold and underline and font colors?

Sorry if this is a silly question. I tried to work it out on my own and check the faqs and this section but I couldn't locate an answer.

Thanks.

This may possibly be due to disabling javascript in your browser. Simply enable javascript, and they should work fine.

Still not working

I am on AOL and I went to the preferences and security to check on the Javascript. Everything said "enable." I then changed my security to medium from high but I am still unable to utilize these features. When I click on the button for the colors, the boxes are empty.

Do you have any other recommendations? Thanks.

I'm not familiar with AOL settings, and have not used AOL before.

Does AOL allow you to test with another browser, like IE or Netscape?

Yippee!

As you can see by this post, I figured out the solution. :yay:

It wasn't my ISP, it was the enhanced toolbar I had clicked on under my profile options. Once I put it back to normal.. well, I'm back to normal. :)

Thanks so much for your help

Glad to hear it.

I should recommend that to the next AOL user, if they have the same problem :)
