A whoosh is where you drop a pound or two (or sometimes more!) seemingly overnight. You wake up one morning a few pounds lighter. It is almost like a fairy comes by and takes some of your weight aaawwwwaaayyyy! I wonder how she flys off with that extra weight?

Thank you for the information I now understand. I think I had one of those last night. Hopefully more to come that all we can hope for.

And that drop in weight should "stick" - - meaning if you lose 1 pound overnight it should stay there for the next few days not go up and down (as in my case). Once it sticks 3 days then I change my siggy line. Normal 1-2 lb fluctuations occur daily for some due to water retention, BM, dehydration, time of day you weight, etc...
