3 month check up

I just returned from my 3 month check up from my dr. She was very happy. She told me last time that if my blood pressure was still high she was going to put me on medication. I had lost 9 lbs. since my last visit and my blood pressure was normal! :cheer: I have not told her how I'm losing the weight because I don't know what her reaction would be. I figure if she doesn't ask, I won't tell her.
