Hello. I've been lurking on this site for quite a while, but decided it was time to say hello. (Mostly because of the red message I see every time I log in, telling me to post!) I've been doing Atkins for about a year and am happy with the results, but am far from my goal. I'm on my second BFL challenge, which has slowed my weight loss, but greatly helped how I feel about my body. This site has really helped me to stay motivated.

I am contemplating trying to incorporate the Body For Life exercise plan into my Atkins WOE. I would really like to increase my Lean Muscle and strengthen my bones as well. I hope you have continued success! Happy LCing, |
