Just starting on the Dr Berstien diet...anyone else?
Low carb is hell! AHH>. I miss cake!

A big warm WELCOME to the world of low carbing.

It's not hell when you get used to it. Eating full fat cream can be more like heaven. There are types of cake you can make if you are willing to experiment with soy flour.

No, I'm not doing the same plan as you but good luck and stick with it. When the pounds start to fall off it will seem more like heaven than hell.
