Full of Energy
 
I started this diet on August 6. My back had really been bothering me and I knew that I had some pounds to lose. I've lost 6lbs since. I've had NO fatigue at all.. Irratibility a bit and some headaches, but other than that, I feel great! My boyfriend cannot believe that I can pass up some things, chinese food, bread, etc. but now, I don't even want them at all! The only thing I miss are bagels, but that will pass, I'm sure.. I went from drinking my coffee with 5-6 sugars in it to either no sugar or one equal! Although I haven't lost all the weight I want yet, I would just like to encourage begginners to keep going!

Feels good doesn't it? Personally, I found giving up the sugar in my coffee the toughest thing about LC. It astounded my boy friend (He used to ask me if I wanted coffee with my sugar... 6 packs a cup? mea culpa :o ). I figure if I can give that up, I can do just about anything. Keep up the excellent work!

Thanks! Yeah, I was a sugar addict with my coffee! Never cared for sweets too much so that part was easy.. it's the pizza, subs, pasta... you know what I mean!!

Yah, it's great, isn't it? Stick around, check out the recipe section, pretty soon you won't even want those bagels. I used to love bagels, and now I think I'd just find them glue-y and not very inspiring. I'd rather be able to eat the stuff you put ON the bagel - lox, cream cheese .... yum!
