What prodcts?
 

Hubby and I are 5 days into Atkins and have both lost 6 pounds. :wave: However, I NEED something crunchy. I have already destroyed a couple of baking sheets trying to make cheese crisps. We is a little weary of meats and cheeses.
The only readily available product we are pleased with is Perfectly Clear flavoured waters.
Surely someone has got a recipe for totally bran crispbread????

If you need something crunchy and are asking about bran crispbread, sounds to me like you need to get hold of some ScanBran. It's described as the original Scandinavian Bran crispbread. It's 85% bran so very high fibre.

You might have heard of it as being heavily promoted in Slimming World diet classes, but the difference with this WOE is you can put lots of yummy butter, cream cheese, pate etc. on :p so it actually tastes really yummy. It's 2.4 carbs per crispbread.
