I lost that one pound that I needed to lose so that now I have less than 100 pounds I now have :

Sometimes that one pound can be harder to get rid of than the 50 lbs that got you there. I've been fighting just 1 pound now for over 3 weeks. Just trying to make it to the 2teens.

You are so right. It seems like it has taken a long time to get this last three pounds off to get under the 100 pound to lose mark. I kept getting on the scale hoping and would be the same weight. SO it is a real big boost to see that it went. Now I Hope the rest of them just melt off faster. :)
