Today is a new day, Start positive

Besides low carb dieting and excercise there is another important facet to a new you. That is attidude. Start each day by giving yourself a pep talk, it can start in the shower, getting dressed for the day, the commute to work or while you are doing chores around the home. Who can commit you to a new lifestyle, a new way of eating where you become cognizant of everything that goes into your mouth? Who can commit you to an excercise program that you follow each day? It's obvious, the answer is YOU. Since nobody can do it for you, you must make the commitment for yourself. This is an investment in the future you. It may seem like a distant goal but an ancient chinese saying goes: Even the longest of journeys starts with a single step. KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE PRIZE. If you start the day positive it is that much easier to stay positive for the remainder of the day. Just trust in the fact that you will benefit in the long run, look how many adherents to this way of life have positive things to say about how they look and feel. You just can't argue with success. Silently keep the chin up,stay the course and wait for the new you to emerge. Stay positive.

Little things mean alot

The reason we all need support is because it's difficult to be a fat person and the more we realize that there are many others reaching out for understanding, the more we can know our journey is taken with new friends heading in the same direction. It feels great to know just a little effort will go a long way, and a lot of little things mean alot.
