Hmmm ... no link to register yet. Curious if there will be a lot of selling of their products. Not necessarily a bad thing. Wonder about the cost to attend. Will have to check back to the linked site periodically. I did subscribe so hopefully they'll announce more via email.

Under each event is "learn more" click that green tab and it goes to EventBrite for all details and registering. The price has varied on cost of venue and if lunch provided. Atlanta is $50, snacks provided and you can buy/ bring own lunch.
https://www.eventbrite.com/e/adapt-...ets-52921178670 The Adapt folks have a table, in lobby or back of room, you can talk to them or not like any conference. Assume Dr Jockers will too. But Dr Westman's talks are educational. The Adapt You Life YouTube channel and FB page has many, many educational videos about LC and videos of some talks at the events. Josh Perry, the BMX athlete with cancer, spoke at the Roxboro event. |

Thanks. It did not take me to Eventbrite when I clicked that button. Will try again when I get home. |
The Tampa link doesn't work yet. But I found it on Eventbrite!

Works for me on an iPad this morning.
Tampa is $60 and includes lunch from Dine-In Keto...this service sounds so good. https://dine-inketo.com Free delivery in Clearwater. |

Very cool link. I just so happen to work in Clearwater. |
Now reading testimonials from the over 300 people who attended the event in Tennessee last weekend, a sold out hall. But there are still tickets availalble for Atlanta this weekend (in three days) and then Tampa.

These three Adapt events have been wildly successful, sold out. You can see many photos from the events at the AdaptYourLife FB page.
The Atlanta group, led by Jess Dudley, is going to continue to connect the LC community that began at the recent event. Quote:

I ended up going to the event in Tampa this weekend. I wasn't as excited as I'd hoped - I was fighting the flu. But it was interesting. Very motivational. I enjoyed Dr. Westman's philosophy, honesty, and understated humor. He acknowledges that we are human and those of us here in the US grew up with a sweet tooth so he does not shoot down the use of AS. He also clarified for me, without intending to I'm sure, why I keep thinking Atkins '72 was ketogenic. The first phase was - and that was the only phase I stuck with because I had so much to lose back then.
Other speakers were informative and motivational. Suzanne Ryan (lost 120 pounds and is keeping it off), Dr. Lowry, Dr. Koche, Josh Perry (4x brain tumor survivor), and Danny Vega (fat fueled family). Most importantly, the event allowed us to find other like-minded keto folks in the area. I do which more MD's had attended. I don't think there were any in the audience. |
Thanks for the report. Maybe you can continue with a local group like Jess is doing in Atlanta.
Josh Perry is an inspiring speaker. He now lives in Raleigh...the outdoor skate park in this film not far from my home. https://youtu.be/lHjH_M7zdCs |
The Adapt FB page has a clip of the Tampa audience. Not sure this link will work, but every event has something similar on the Adpt your Life FB page, which is public.
