I love to work out and thought Id post this here.
Monday run 6 Miles 100 pushups 100 situps 50 pull ups 100 dips 100 more pushups 100 more situps 100 more dips Tuesday run six miles and stretch instead of other exercises Wednesday No running but the rest of Mondays workout Thursday run six miles stretch instead of other exercises Friday same as Monday Saturday run six miles and stretch instead of the other exercises Sunday just stretching and swimming Each day go to the pool at they gym and swim for a sustained 60 minutes I do this every week. Now with the low carb I can finally look good. |
If I may make a small suggestion, you might see quicker losses if you shorten your distance exercise to half an hour or less and do a bit more resistance work, especially on your lower body. Since you're in the middle of Induction and no alcohol, it would be best not to make any changes to your exercise until you are out of Induction, but if you're interested after than, any of us in the exercise forums would be glad to help you.

I would be honored
I am doing what is called week 4 of the Navy SEAL regimen (No I am NOT a SEAL I am a Hippo) it is the regimen they reccomend for preparing to go to the SEAL program and it is sposed to make a person svelt. All I am is BIIIIGGGGGGGGGGGG

I worked out today and got in an extra ten minutes in the pool
6 days 9 pounds whoda thunk it |
Im ready for the exercise advice Friday...if you care to give it I can begin making chnages next week (week 1 ends tomorrow)
