So I am on day 5 of this LC'ing. I have gone FIVE days with no pasta, rice, or potatoes. This in itself is HUGE for me. :D

I don't have a scale, so I have no way to track the pounds I have lost, but I can FEEL it. That means more to me than anything. I love coming here every day and reading all the posts. Everyone here has a different background, and is amazingly supportive. I love that. I have no support for this at home. My boyfriend thinks that what I am doing is absurd, and it's discouraging. If I can stay positive and stay excited, I KNOW I can do it.

I just wanted to really say "thank you" for everyone here being everyone elses cheerleaders! :wave:

Good for you! Do it for yourself. WHo cares what anyone else thinks!

I agree! I have found the best changes in my life that I have stuck to, have been the ones I did for ME. Cheers! To the new adventure for me! :roll:

Congrats on 5 days! They were the toughest for me. I'm hoping your BF eventually will support your new lifestyle. Doesn't make sense to not support some one who is trying to be a healthier person.

p.s. Incidentally, I am a scale slave, but how my clothes get bigger and bigger is much more rewarding.
