Are there any rules regarding sharing the recipes here with other low carb boards? I tried Bonnie's Blueberry Muffins and they are delicious! I would love to share the recipe with others but won't until I'm given permission to do so! We had quite a ruccus on our board because of an innocent posting of another lady's recipe.a lot of hard feelings were caused over it.I don't want that to happen!!
TIA....Carol

Hi Carol,

The best way to do this, is to share the link of the particular recipe itself along with the title of the recipe. This way no one can complain. And people can click on the link and check it out.

I personally don't think there's a problem posting a recipe to share it, but I know some people don't like it.

Bonnie's Blueberry Muffins

Hi Carol,

Glad you enjoyed the recipe and I compiled it so that all LCarbers could enjoy! Please feel free to pass it along! If you enjoy Caesar Salad try the Dressing recipe I posted ! Lots of positive feedback with the dressing as well. I am presently enjoying the Florida sunshine but have hubby's laptop to keep tabs on several LC sites.

It's funny you mentioned the Muffins as hubby was looking for some just yesterday. Have been able to obtain and try several LC Products available in the sunshine state and can see a big difference in the availability from last year. Alot more products in regular grocery stores made with Splenda, more sugar free products. Sugar Busters has their own ice-cream in a few grocery stores. Ross' bars ie lite delight bars are pretty accessible and if a health store doesn't have it presently here they are trying to obtain it. Most Atkins products are in grocery stores and Walmarts. Drove by a health food store "Nature Works" with a sign out front stating that they now have LC Bread!

Just hope all this progressiveness soon filters north!

Take care all,

Bonnie,
Fredericton, NB and
presently Melbourne Beach, Florida
