New and Ready to Go!

Good Morning everyone..

I am on day 3 today and feeling pretty good. I know I need to up my veggie intake and maybe lower the java, but as a Seattle native, that is sure tough to do, its our blood! I am looking forward to success on this plan..I have done the CC counting, but this seems to work for me...so here we go!
