first gym log for today
 
I'm thinking of starting a new gym log....I guess this will be my first step...


2 reps of 10 ab crunches
2 reps of 10 leg lifts
10 butt lifts :o
arms 2 sets of 10

Breathe in and out slowly...right????

Well that's it for today...we'll see how this goes

YES!!! I'm so glad to see you starting a gym log. :) Did you mean to say "sets" instead of "reps"?

ummmm...yes Deb, I meant 2 sets of 10...I guess I really should start proof reading what I write huh???? ...

Anyway I am still pumped up so I decided to do some more excercises to night....more ab crunches... I did another set of ab crunches and 1 set of leg lifts just to get in the swing of things...

Today I'm skipping the ball....I am so so sore today...between my back and arms I can't seem to move without something hurting today...so it must be working...back to the ball tomorrow...I'm really getting excited about this ball...imagine that.......:)

Todays workout: 7-7-05

3 sets of 10 ab crunches lower and upper
3 sets of 10 tri-ceps
3 sets of 10 bi-ceps
3 sets of 10 butt lifts ;)
2 x 10 leg lunges
3 sets of obliques

32 oz of water so far for the day!! not bad

well I just finished my ball excercises for this morning...I have to say I'm a little light headed this morning :rolleyes:

3 sets of ab crunches
3 sets of butt lifts
3 sets of arms upper and lower
3 sets of obliques

That's it for today...i'm wondering if I should eat something before I start excercising...hmmmmmmm

Okay I haven't been good about posting my excercising in my gym log :o


I'm going to try and concentrate on my trip-ceps this week..

I'm only doing the ball every other day...I'm feeling a difference but I'm not sure if it's just wishful thinking......

I have a goal that by the time I turn 50 I'll have toned everything up...we'll see..

Enough for today...I'll try and remember about my gym log from now on..

3 sets of tri-ceps, & bi-ceps

3 sets of butt lifts
3 sets of leg lifts
3 sets of lunges

getting back to posting in the gym log
 
Okay, I'm going to try and post here more often, to be honest I've just been forgetting...

Yesterday I did :

3 sets of Ab crunches lower & upper Phew!!!
3 sets of obliques
3 sets of butt lifts ( will I ever see it uplifted again)
3 sets of tri-ceps
3 sets of bi-ceps

Walked for 20 minutes ( I have to admit we walked all uphill so it was much easier coming down LOL ) pant pant :p

I'm going to try walking every other day, but man oh man it's hot out there

Okay that's it for now....

another day under my belt ( even though I don't wear belts ) ;)

3 sets of lunges
3 sets of tri-ceps
3 sets of bi-ceps
3 sets of butt lifts

arms are real sore today so it must be working...

a brisk walk up the hill ( pant pant )

off to take a shower now...........yay!!

Thanks for dropping by. I had my 2nd interview with the job I applied for 3 weeks ago, yesterday. They're supposed to call me by the end of this week and let me know if I got the job. PLease pray for me! I'm REALLY wanting this job!!!.. I hope you feel better, soon!
