Breakfast Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1/4 block silken tofu 1 raw egg 2 pkgs Splenda 1/2 tsp sugar free Tang or Crystal Lite powedered drink mix (stawberry kiwi is great) dash of vanilla extract 3-4 ice cubes crushed (put in zip lock bag & bash) Put all the above in blender & pulse till ice cubes broken up, then whip for 15 seconds. Thick, creamy and yummy. |
