Scharffen Berger Cacao Nibs
Scharffen Berger Cacao Nibs

They are the essence of chocolate. Nibs add crunchiness and subtle chocolate flavor to baked goods and savory dishes. They make a great substitute for roasted nuts or chocolate chips, without added sweetness.” For 1 Tablespoon: Calories: 70 Fat: 5 grams Carbohydrate: 5.62 grams (it said 4 on the label, but I ran it through the carb counter) Fiber: > 1 gram Protein: 1 gram Their unsweetened chocolate is fantastic – not bitter and very smooth in texture unlike Bakers chocolate, which can be very grainy when used in low carb desserts.
