BFL 4wk Tranformation Results
 
Here are my progress stats for my first 4 weeks of BFL!!!

Week 1 BFL results: loss of 5 lbs. (28.5lbs total)
Week 2 BFL results: loss of 0 lbs. (28.5lbs total)
Week 3 BFL results: loss of 2.5 lbs. (31lbs total)
Week 4 BFL results: loss of 1 lb (32 lbs total)

Weight= 178.5 (was 181.2 today but I had to drink a bunch of water before the test to ensure accuracy so I should be back down to 178.5 tomorrow)

% BF= 35.4% (-1.3%)
LBM= 117.1 (+2.02lbs)


I LOST 5.5lbs OF FAT AND GAINED 2 POUNDS OF MUSCLE!!!

My first body fat testing was 3 weeks ago (wk 2). Most of my first measurements are from my first week of LC so my total loss of inches is based on the begining of my weight loss journey NOT the beginning of BFL....

NEW MEASUREMENTS:
Neck= 14.75" (-.25" ) (no change)
Bust= 36.5" (-3.5")
Chest= (under-bust/ribcage)= 33.5" (-1.5")
Waist= 33.25" (-3.75")
Hip (6" below waist)= 39.5" (-1.5")
Hip (9" below waist)= 44" (-1") (+ .75" since wk 2 :confused: maybe I measured wrong )
Thigh= (L) 25.5" (-.75") (no change), (R) 25" (-1.5")
Calf= (L) 17" (-.25"), (R) 16.75 (-.5")
Bicep= (L) 13 in (-.125 in) (no change) , (R) 13.25 (+.125") :confused:

I am in total awe Niky!!! Way to go!!! Wow.....you must be on top of the world!! Have you picked out your new thong yet?? ;)

I am so happy for you....and so glad to see all that hard work is paying off. I need a shot in the arm like this. After 2 weeks of BFL I haven't seen any changes whatsoever....measurements havent' changed, scale is only down a little bit, no real increase in strength. :( But I have faith, and I have a *little* patience! I'm going the distance, I made that promise to myself.

Thanks for posting these fantastic results.... you're an inspiration!

Thank you for the encouragement. I cheated BFL a little bit. I am doing that ab bootcamp (3 circuits)and it works wonders.

I have added cardio everyday starting today. I do a 5min warmup before my workouts (to get the blood pumping) and my normal 20MAS afterward (to get blood pumping back through my body).

I hope to reach my goal of 170 by 5/10 but I don't think I will. That's fine as long as I still lose inches.

That's amazing Nik, Oh I can't wait to start seeing similar results! I fear that I may have measured wrong in the beginning, so it's adding a bit to my frustration...but the mirror ain't lyin'!!!

Keeping those stats, checking the pant-o-meter, looking in the mirror, stepping on the scale . . . It's important to keep track of EVERYTHING. Especially when you feel like nothing is happening.
