BethM's Gym Log
Okay, It's time to get it together. I have decided to keep a gym log because I need a push to get regular exercise. I lost a lot of muscle over the last 3 years while my diabetes and PCOS had their way with me. I am feeling good enough to do something about it now. I know I can do it.
I enjoy weight training but get bored with cardio. Tomorrow I go to the gym. I will log my stats then. |
Well I am not sure I can get to the gym today. Because of my concussion I had to take codene w/ tylenol for my headache last night. Now I feel horrible and off balance. And my head still hurts. I am going to see if I can go to work today. I haven't been to work in a week.

Well here I go. I am going to do 20-30 minutes on my Gazelle. My headache has left and I think I can do it. I will be going back to the Gym starting Saturday. I also bought 2 books on using the exercise ball. One is sculpting and the other is Pilates. They look great.

Gazelle
I did 20 min. on the Gazelle but will get the other 10 minute in later. I can do 1 mile in 17 minutes. I am way out of shape. I am now a sweaty lump of jelly.

Gym day
Every Saturday is Gym day. If I can't make it anytime else Saturday is always Gym day. I weight train. I have 2 other days that I have already written down. I pill post them later.

Hubby and I worked a couple of hours in the basement. We moved and hauled heavy boxes. We moved here to TN last year but never fully unpacked. Eveything is still mostly in the basement in boxes. We finally got fed up with the mess so every weekend for about a month we will be getting a work out unpacking.

I did a lot of heavy housework today. It was supposed to be gym day but we had too much to do here. I figure 4 hours of the housework I did counts for at least 45 minutes in the gym. I am having scales withdrawal. I won't get them back until Christmas Eve. This week I am going to try to get in the habit of going to the gym every other day.
