Low Carb menu at Quizno's

Just got a flyer in the mail re: Quizno's new low carb "flatbread". Went to their website and they are basically just using a flatbread with each of their regular subs. Carb count ranges from about 6-22 carbs each. Not bad - guess it depends how good they are - They have $1 off coupon on the site. Wonder how much they cost?

Quizno's is usually pretty expensive...I can only imagine the LC flatbreads make it even more. If anyone tries them please do tell us if it's worth it

Quzinos Chicken Carbonerra

I tried the Chicken Carbonerra tonight. I checked the website and it seemed to have the lowest carbs. It was very good and very messy. However, it seemed small for the $6.75 that it costs (yes I used the $1.00 of coupon so it was 5.75). Coupon expires on the 24th!. I enjoyed it!! :yum:

All I have to say is "YUM!!!". I tried the traditional and my hubby tried the Philly cheesesteak. I got them to make mine w/o the sauce (it seemed to add quite a few carbs for a ranch dressing) and just put my own ranch dressing on at home (and added some banana pepper slices, of course!!). I would totally recommend them and we are going to have them again!!

I think the coupon expiry date keeps changing. I printed one 2 days ago that expired today, the 19th, I just went back to the website, and printed a new one that expires on the 21st.

I will be going there tomorrow. I use to love the classic Italian, so I plan to get that one. Carb's are listed as 10.4, I plan on the sauces, so I won't get the net carbs of 8.5. I figure this is in the ball park with Subway. I will let you know what I think.

Had the Classic Itailian today, and it was great. As for the size, I would say they are normal what we eat at home size, about the same as a regular sandwich. Not the large subs we have been use to. It was packed with much better stuff then subway. I always found Quiznos to have better meats and produce then subway. And I love the toasted taste.

The price of the flat bread is $0.80 on top of the price of the small sub you pick out. IE. Classic Italian small was $4.99 plus 0.80 plus GST.So can be a little more expensive then subway, but I find you are paying for better qualty.

I tried the Beefeater today with 6.6 carbs. It was very good and better than the Subway wraps in my opinion. At home we use the Atkins wraps that I smuggle in from the US. They are very good and low cal as well as low carb. :)
