Is it normal to experience hunger after Day 1 of KISSing?

Is it normal to experience hunger after the first day of KISSing? I did add quite a lot of vegetables (I love vegetables) and tried to decrease the protein to a "regular" amount... but I found myself hungry for more, so I ate quite a lot of fat at dinnertime and ate lots of hardboiled eggs. Is this normal? Anyone else experienced this? Thanks a lot in advance!

Keep your fat evenly spaced throughout the day. You may find it beneficial to eat a series of smaller meals rather than 3 squares if you are KISSing.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply, Karen! I'll try the 6 meal thing today. I'm sure it'll help!

KISS

I'm haven't heard of "KISS" (as applied to Atkins) before.

Is it related to "K"eeping "I"t "S"imple "S"illy?

You got it! There are lots of people who practice it in some form or another without naming it as such. It's also like the Paleo Diet or Neanderthin. No man made food, just natural vegetables and proteins.
