Please check my ratios for Atkins
This is my first day putting my food into fitday. It was a bit challenging LOL. These are the results, methinks calories are too low (good to know) but how are the other ratios? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated; I'm struggling to find the right balance! K

Hi gracecame! I would increase me fat (70%) if I were you. Two to three tablespoons of olive oil should help do that. This will help bring your calories up as well which you need.

I would increase calories to either: 1470 (10X your goal weight)...OR up to 1764 (12X goal weight) or anywhere in between. Increase fat to 70% Rest looks good/ 18 net grams carbs...A-OK! Two surprises for me: 4 carbs in 1 cup shredded cabbage (I make coleslaw) and 4 carbs in 5 shelled peanuts! WOW! :daze: |
