Low Carb Creations Gourmet Cookies
 

Been trying these and the texture is fantastic! The Lemon was my favorite so far!

I bought them in a local health food store. They are sweetened with a mixture of Splenda & Maltitol

1 cookie =
6g carbs
1g Fiber
3g Sugar alcohols

They report 2g "impact" carbs per cookie -- I know some folks count in the Sugar Alcohols, so at 5g its a nice later stages of Atkins treat and the best I have had so far.
