KISS challenge for Lent
 

Hi everybody. I've been having trouble really getting into the groove for the New Year. So I decided to propose a Lenten KISS challenge. I intend to do the KISS version of ATKINS for the 40 days and nights of LENT, starting February 25 and ending on April 11. As you know, KISS is Keep It Simple Sweetie and is really difficult but for me it has been very rewarding. That of course means no cured meats, no sweeteners, just simple meat, fish, chicken and veggies. There is a lot more info on it and if you want to join the challenge with me, then we'll go into the particulars.

I have been losing and gaining the same 10 pounds for the past 2 months. I need something to kick start my weight loss as well as my mind set. I know this will do it.
