another TOM question

The TOM has gotten a lot better since starting this WOE but, for the first time I had to take pain reliever. I took Midol, since it was the only thing I had on hand. It says it has some kind of starch in it. Do you think it will hurt anything?
And what's the best thing to take, so I can get some and have it on hand just in case I need something again.

When you need an Advil, or a Midol, or whatever....than I don't care for the carbs...if you REALLY take a lot in a 24 hr period than perhaps you should count the carbs. Each dose maybe has 1/2 carb in it (the fillers that put the pill or capsul in its shape) ....
