Im back after a one month break from woe
Im back after one month of high carb eating. I dont enjoy high carb food anymore so I am back for some good low carb food yum. I find myself craving salads instead of cookies so I guess my taste permitlly changed for the better. I am happy I didnt gain any weight from my one month of high carb. But I do think I needed the break because it made me relize I shouldnt be so worried and restrictive in maintence and just eat. So now I no I can eat all the good carbs and not gain any weight this makes me happy. The reason I left in the first place was because I was feeling weak and my blood pressure went really low I also felt depressed. I hope by keeping my carb count slightly above 100g will keep this problem away.
