My *Tuna Fish & Pork Rind Scoops* Recipe ~ Yum!
Crunchy, salty...and practically no carbs (1 gram of total carbohydrates)
Makes for a yummy 'on the go' lunch. The pork rinds make a perfect substitution for bread and/or potato chips. Minutes to Prepare: 5 Number of Servings: 1 Ingredients 4oz canned Chunk Light Tuna in Water 1.5 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo 1oz Pork Rinds, (UTZ brand), Diced Red Onion Raw Dill Relish Directions Combine the tuna fish, with the mayo, then add the red onion & dill relish. Using the pork rinds as a 'scoop'...simply scoop up and enjoy. No fork needed!
