Ok so I'm a bit late to this, but thought I'd put it in here.
I did the two week BFL trial starting 1/27 and started the First 12 Week Cycle on 2/10 (into my second week now), and I LOVE it! I'm only seeing small differences in my face and chest and I could swear my thighs don't look like they have as much cellulite lol, but I am LOVING it!!! I'm getting up and going to the gym regularly and sticking to it for the first time in YEARS! (Since I stopped being a competitive swimmer in 10th grade, in fact) That alone makes me happy, the looking better is a bonus :D |
I'm starting my third official week of Cycle 1 today and I am SO amazed and happy!!! I feel miles better, my face is a LOT thinner ( I always lose inches/fat there first, for whatever reason), and most importantly, I'm sticking to it!!!! yay me!!! I'm also registering a scale loss of 6 pounds (not that that means much but still...), and I know I've gained some muscle mass. :)

I didn't go to the gym last night :( Too cold, and my bed was calling.
BUT I had done 40 minutws of AM cardio, so the day wasn't a total wash. Today is a new day, I'm going to the gym tonight after work no excuses :) |
Went for a walk last night (brisk paced) and was so distracted (I had a bad day) that I ended up walking 6 miles.
During the AM I went in and did UPWO... So I THINK I overdid it yesterday lol... I was just going to go for a teensy walk to the corner and back to let off steam.. I have a tendency to do that, I kind of "zone out" and do more than I intended... But overall, a good workout, I feel fantastic (and if you had told me even a month ago that I would do 6 miles no problem, without even realizing I had gone that far, I would have had a hear tattack laughing!!) |

4/6- AM Workout weights and 30 mins treadmill

4/7- AM workout 45 mins walking
PM workout 45 mins walking on treadmill (steep incline) then upper body weights until I cry... |
