Be careful, that stuff is really only suitable for weight maintenence. It has a lot of corn syrup and milk.

I bought some at the Pathmark in Kinnelon (just off Rte. 23) a few weeks ago. I tastes fine and does not upset my stomach, but I'm staying away from it because I don't trust their net carb count -- cheers -- Robert
