Cool Cream Cookies during Induction?

I found a recipe for Cream Cookies and was wondering if they would be appropriate during the Induction Phase. The recipe (see below) shows less then 1 gram of carbs.

I am not sure if it would be ok to grab 2-3 a day? What other "sweets" might be a better or safer option?

Thanks! :D

Here is the recipe (from Linda G ):

Cool Cream Cookies
Serving Size : 50

2 Cups Whipping Cream - Northumberland -- Whipped
5 1/2 Tablespoons Jello Pudding - Chocolate Sugar Free -- 1-4 Serving Package

Whip up cream according to directions. Fold in dry instant pudding mix. Line baking sheets with wax paper and drop mixture by rounded teaspoon fulls (should get about 50). Freeze on cookie sheets and then place in freezer bags.

Hi there Sonnafa, welcome!

You'll achieve best results if you stick to the list of allowed foods. I'm afraid things like jello pudding are not on the list. Sorry. :(

It won't be long until Induction is over. Think of this as something with which to reward yourself for a "clean" Induction.

Hi there... I just read the new Dr. Atkins for life book and that very recipie is in it. It is also marked off as a YES for induction but I don't think I'd risk it!! ;)

Thank you for the replies :p

gkeenan: I believe Northumberland is just a brand? Not sure why it would be necessary, unless it has some magic I dont know about.

:D
