Diet Plan Wanted
I am about to start a low calorie diet plan, i am very new to all this and have started reading the atkins diet revolution, however i am stuck on a plan of what to eat, ie. breakfast, lunch dinner etc, does anyone have any ideas of what foods i could eat.

:cool: you really have to re-think what meals are. i used to eat a bowl of 100% whole grain oatmeal with a glass of of and a bananna. now it's a 2 egg omlet with some cheese and bacon. it helped me a lot to use the orange menu at the top of the page. good luck!! |
