Fat %
Just wondering.... I can't remember if there is a certain amount of fat you shoot for in your diet each day. I am trying to stay under 30 carbs now (past induction state). Does anyone know? And what about protein grams? Mine run about 70 grams a day.

Hi Peg!
Generally, your percentage of calories from fat should be between 60 and 75% of your total, so for you it would look something like this: Fat: 65% Protein: 25%-30% Carbs: 5-10% Obviously, if you are getting more than 65% of your daily calories from fat, something else would decrease. HTH |
