Is 2 lbs a Whoosh?
I was just wondering if 2 lbs was considered a Whoosh?
I just started upping the fat this week. I weiged myself today, first time all week, and I lost 2 lbs. I just wanted to share the good news. And thank all of you for your support. :daze: :spin: :roll: :spin: :spin: :wave: |

That is cool to know. After 2 months of struggling on this diet. I am finally able to say I lost 10 lbs. What a relief.
