Nausea
Day three, and I feel extremely nauseous. It's is effecting my desire to eat at all... :help:

I suffered from nausea on Atkins a lot, too. That's one of the things that made it too unpleasant and unworkable for me :(
If you want to stick with it, my only suggestion is to avoid very greasy, buttery foods and stick with "clean-tasting" ones. For instance, instead of having fried eggs, have poached eggs or eggs scrambled with some veggies in a pan with a tiny bit of olive oil. Instead of having very fatty meats, have leaner ones. Good luck! |
Were you on a fairly low-fat diet before? It usually takes a while for the stomach to get used to high-fat once it's been low-fat. I remember my LF days, and how after eating that way for a while I couldn't hardly eat any fat because it made me sick. I'm happy to say I'm completely recovered now. :)

I've never eaten this much fat, I have always avoided it, yes. Hm, good suggestions you guys, thanks. I think I'll stick it out a little more and see how it goes.
