Taking Supplements
 

I need an advice on supplements.

I am currently taking Atkins 'Basic #3' and 'Essntial oils' and thinking of taking 'Bone Care with Ostivone' or simular bone care supplement.

Is it alright to take 3 of supplements together?
I am afraid of overdose or some kind of mineral poisoing.

Before Atkins, I took multivitamin/multiminral supplement for women so I didn't worry about taking extra stuff for bones.
