GAD and Atkins
 

Howdy all,

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but was hoping anyone could help me.

I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and started Atkins about a week ago. Ever since I've been on it, I've noticed that my anxiety levels are through the roof and I've been taking Klonopin like candy.
Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any suggestions?

I experienced the same symptoms when I first started this WOE. Fortunately, it passed after about four weeks. I take a product called Relora which helped a lot. My anxiety attacks are almost gone.

I would recommend that you talk to your doctor if it gets too severe.
