Thanks for posting this recipe. I too saw it in the magazine and thought it would be too high in carbs. I'm going to make it and try and cut it into 32 slices - that way I can have 2 pieces and still keep the gram count at 5.
(by the by, I was under the mistaken assumption that the chocolate was not a carb!!!! must be wishful thinking!!!!!) Kay |
I agree..
I love that chocolate stuff..
Nice thing is though that with finding recipes like this or the Peanut butter cups.. it takes care of a chocolate craving in no time! Even just a small serving works.. Poofie! |
i think the carb count, comes from the nuts.

I make a cocoa fluff that I found somewhere on the forum.
1 oz of cream cheese softened 1 oz heavy cream 1 tsp sf hershey's cocoa 1 tsp of splenda mix It's just a few spoonfuls of a kind of chocolate cheesecakey pudding but I really like it and it gets you through the sweet craving moment. Also, you don't have to worry about more servings available. Calories: 199 Fat: 20 180 88% Sat: 13 117 57% Poly: 1 9 4% Mono: 6 54 26% Carbs: 3 12 6% Fiber: 0 0 0% Protein: 3 12 6% Alcohol: 0 0 0% |
