Fitday
Could someone volunteer to share their fitday menus with me..
Id like to look at what others eat along with the nutritional information.. Someone who is dedicated to entering accurate information and someone who is keeping their carbs between 20 and 30 Thanks so muchly |
I enter my menus in fitday but I don't think you can access mine.
A typical day for me is: B - 2 - 3 oz cheese dipped in mayo - 1 or 2 hb eggs - 2 cups coffee with cream S - piece of roast beef or proschutto L - salad with 1/2 tomatoe, 2 hb eggs & blue cheese dressing S - tuna packed in water mixed with mayo D - chicken with roasted veggies (always a meat & veggie dish) S - 6 strawberries hope this helps My menus don't really deviate too much during the week, on the weekends, I'll make a potroast with veggies in the crock pot. What do your carbs usually come to??? Im just having a hard time keeping them lower.. I didnt use fitday until yesterday so for the last month I thought I was doing okay but i was really really wrong |
I'm always around 20-25. If I want more berries, I take away some cream - just fiddle around with fitday, it's a huge lifesaver.

Fitday does not subtract the fiber from the carbs in your food list, but it's easy to do that yourself. :) That's probably why your daily menu seems so high in carbs.

Karen, I started with fitday because Ive been atkining for 2 months and havent lost a POUND. Or inches.
So, something is wrong, could be the coffee with the splenda and cream or the almonds or something.. Im trying to get a sense of what others eat Thanks soooooo much for the help |
