Question about Wheat Gluten
Are Wheat Gluten and Wheat Gluten Flour the same thing?
I haven't found wheat gluten "flour" yet. I posted this in the recipe forum also. I have seen recipes that call for wheat gluten and one that calls for wheat gluten FLOUR. Does anyone know? |

I think maybe I have everything I need to make a loaf of low carb bread now. Am dying for a grilled cheese sandwich......Hope it's not a :nono: for me. Maybe it will kick start me into losing again. :q: |
Wheat gluten
Wheat gluten is extremely low in carbohydrates. I have not bought any because it is a bit pricey compare to soy flour but I am sure it is better tasting. It is lower in carbs than soy flour. It will have the carb content on the bag. I have seen it at the Whole Foods Market. You could probably find it at Trader Joes or other natural foods store in your area.
