Restaurant Carb Counts?

Would anyone know of a website that shows carb and fiber counts at popular restaurants. I know there is one at www.dwlz.com but it concentrates on weight watcher counts such as fat grams and calories. Now that low carbing has definitely made it into the "mainstream" including the medical support it is getting, restaurants would be providing carb and fiber counts. Thanks for your help!

Recently I have been checking fast food web sites for nutritional information -- I discovered that the burger king web site actually lists each menu item broken down into components!

It shows the bun, pickles, ketchup, etc individually -- no more guessing if they have stuffed some filler in the burger so I have to worry about carbs hiding in there.

I've never been a huge burger king fan, but someone in their organization is THINKING!

Carbs without Buns

I am a mom of 2, lawyer, travels everyday out of the office and just started Atkins (3 weeks, 7lbs down). Sometimes we go from 9am-3 or 4pm without lunch. Othertimes we have to find a place quick and near to get back soon.

I want to know how many carbs I am eating at these restaraunts (CHilis, Chick Fil A, etc). I usually order the grilled chicken club without buns. Is there a website I can go which will give me the hamburger, sandwich info on carbs without buns?

PS: What kind of snacks can we eat on induction that DON'T require refrigeration?

PS2: my husband went from Slimfast to eating my snacks and has lost more weight than me! But he exercises!!
