Because I enjoyed the January and February challenges, originally started by 4beans4me, I thought I’d start another challenge for March – hope you’ll join me :D
The challenge will run from Monday to Sunday – with Sunday being official weigh-in/report in day etc. However, Week 1 will run from tomorrow (Wednesday) until Sunday.
Everyone set your Exercise and Personal goals, and cut and paste your updates daily, or weekly as preferred.
Goals can include, for example, carb counts, clean eating – no treats, drinking your water, trying out a new LC recipe, in fact anything you want, as long as it’s LC related! :lol: Format as follows:

Hi Demi! Thanks for stopping by! Yes, I would like to join the March challenge. My birthday's March 5th, ha ha! So this'll be perfect. I thought I was going to join Ophrah's bootcamp but, I slipped and fell on ice, sustaining a concussion. So now I'm in physical therapy and all that good stuff, so my exercising is limited.
My goals are: 1. Not eating after 6 2. Cutting out all whites 3. Exercise to the best of my ability 4 to 5x's per week. Walking will probably be best right now. 4. Drinking 80 to 96 oz. of water per day. I will weigh on tomorrow morning since I didn't get to weigh in this morning. Thanks for letting me know! Good luck to ya! Oh, I hope to lose at least 10lbs. by the end of the month. |

I thought it would be a shame not to keep the momentum going, which is why I took the plunge and posted the challenge - and, as several of you have said, it sure helps to keep me motivated :thup: Upback ~ of course! - you can start your week whenever you want :) In fact, if anyone else wants to do the same, then I don't see any reason why you can't. The only reason I put from Wednesday to Saturday for this week, was because I only posted the challenge last night. I'm in. I have been trying to get into the 130's for SO long now I think I'm going to cry! Decided to give Induction another whirl next week after I finish up all the fruit I bought myself for this week. I counted my exercise from Monday, even though it wasn't March yet (I'd never make it to 4 otherwise). I hope more people stick around for this challenge, last month it seemed as though all but 4 or 5 of us disappeared after the first week... C'mon people! We need to be here for each other!! :thup: Feel free to completely kick my ass if I don't make goal each week - I need tough love. :lol: If any of you are the same let me know and I'll come visit your journals with my whip to knock ya'll into shape! :lol:
