No but you can make your own with knox gelatin and unflavored Koolaid. I make it all the time, with splenda and no aspartame.

Hunt's Juicy Gels and Jolly Rancher sugar free both make Splenda sweetend gelatin.

jolly rancher is better than regular jello in my opinion.
