On the road to Fitville!
I began my LC journey on May 1, and I have exercised since I started. I have lost 17 pounds so far !
Decided it was time to log my exercise, I am mainly a walker, but have plans to intoduce weights, Some of the walking DVD's I do have resistance training with them. I walk outside at my daughters high school as well as DVD's ~ home and believe me I have quite a collection. So today's exercise was walking with George advanced walk ,36 minutes :agree: |

Wednesday- too tired
Today - advanced walk, well added to my extensive collection of Exercise DVD's purchased them at one of my favorite stores Ross, if you don't have on near you then you should find one while traveling it's great, anywho I bought Walk Aerobics by Leslie sansone and Prevention Walk your way slim I have got to up the exercise !!!! |
2 exercise sessions today WATP 5 mile walk and in the PM did Prevention walk it was pretty interesting more intense than WATP and you have a choice of working ~ 3 different levels.
