8 lbs in February Challenge!
 
HI- We decided to go for 8 lbs instead of 10 this month so jump on the wagon and let's get losing!!

Weigh in when you want- I personally am a scale a holic and can't go more than 2 days w/o weighing. At least once a week. Just copy and paste the most recent names and weights and update wyours. Good Luck all!!

Off to a great start!! I am haveing a carb fest this weekend -I will hit the 50 lb mark in 2 lbs and have been saying for 2 months when I hit I am having pizza. So maybe not too much food but just so you all know my wt will go up some but I will get it back off!! Do any of you do the carb cycling thing? A friend of mine says her brother does 1 weekend a month of whatever he wants to keep the loss going. I usually do one day every 2-3 weeks but haven't since Christmas.

I tried carb cycling but it is too hard for me to get back to just LCing when I do that. Plus I hate the induction flu, ick. But if it works for you, then you should do it!

Just fixing the column headings! I have never gotten the "induction Flu" but have heard about it- I did get a slight headache once -for one day-after a 4 day eating spree!! SO I guess I am lucky I have heard bad things about it.

Losing 8 lbs in February would put me 2 lbs from my 3/5 goal of 157. I can do it!!!

Okay I have a question. Should our starting weight be the weight of the start of this challenge? I just want to make sure :) It looks like if so we have a lot of BIG LOSERS!!!

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!! :wave:

I NEED TO CHANGE THE CHART A BIT. MY GOAL WEIGHT FOR THE CHALLENGE IS 148 BUT MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS 155. YESTERDAY WAS A HIGH CARB DAY ALTHOUGH ALL I REALLY ATE WAS A SALAD BUT SMOTHERED IT IN BLUE CHEESE DRESSING AND IT DOES ADD UP. WEIGHT STAYED THE SAME FOR THE SECOND DAY IN A ROW SO I HAVE TO REEL THINGS IN IF I WANT TO MAKE GOAL. I LOST ALMOST 10 LBS IN JANUARY AND THIS CHALLENGE IS JUST WHAT I NEED TO GET GOING AGAIN. IDEALLY, I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE BETWEEN 1-2 LBS PER WEEK SO IF I COULD JUST LOSE 4 LBS THIS MONTH, I THINK I COULD STILL HOLD MY HEAD UP HIGH. :)

HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!! I SEE WE HAVE SOME LOSERS ALREADY...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! :D

Come one everyone, lets get motivated!!! We need to meet our goals this month so we can move on to bigger goals and bigger losses :)


We can lose these 8 UGLY pounds in February. This is going to be a hard challenge, but if we stick together and stay motivated and determined...WE CAN DO IT!!
