Hello Everyone-
I have been working on the Atkins diet for about 6 months now. I need to lose a lot of weight this Spring. I have a surgery looming in May. I need all the insight and inspiration I can get. So, I have joined your group. Thanks for all your input.. It is amazing.

Welcome to the board Sara!
This place is great for tons of support from people all over the world. I would encourage you to start a journal so that people can come and visit you there. I also find it helpful to track my progress.
