coconut cream or coconut milk to use
 

as a substitute for heavy cream?

i can find both but don't know which one would be most like cream?

That depends on what you're using it for. If it's for coffee or in a sauce, the coconut milk.

what is coconut milk? And where do you find it. I have seen cream of coconut but it has a lot of carbs.
