Proud of myself
 

I've not long come back from a romantic night away in a top hotel with my husband. It was a wonderful birthday treat and I was spoiled rotten. The reason I"m proud of myself is that not once did I cheat. I stuck to the no carbs despite the breakfast buffet this morning looking amazing. I haven't lost but I feel great:yay:

Those hotel breakfasts are generally carb fests. I travel for work and usually bring an Atkins shake or find a restaurant. When will the world be more accomodating? :rolleyes:
